How To Achieve One-Pointed Energy-Driven Focus
When you focus all your energy on one direction, which is currently the most suitable for you, your mind runs on thoughts related to that direction 24/7. This is called one-pointed focus energy.
How to achieve one-pointed energy-driven focus.
When you devote all your thoughts' energy to one particular direction, it means that you are fully concentrated on that aspect, such as your current financial situation. You should focus solely on your work for 24 hours, with no other thoughts in your mind. This is known as one-pointed focus energy because you have fully immersed yourself in addressing the problem at hand, knowing that it must be solved, and no force can stop its resolution. To cultivate this energy, you must have some control over your mind or understand your thoughts well because if you are not aware of the type of thoughts occurring in your mind, how will you direct them?
How to direct your thoughts:
Focus on what truly matters:
Understanding the difference between what seems important and what actually is, like writing in Indore versus anywhere else, can vary, but recognizing what is genuinely important and what is not is crucial. Knowing the difference between what is vital at this moment in your life and applying your one-pointed focus energy to it is wisdom. You need to understand what is currently most important in your life and direct your energy toward it. For example, identifying the significant problem at the moment, which is quite severe and will escalate if not resolved immediately, such as health issues, which should be our top priority because neglecting it today will only lead to physical pain later.
Let all your thoughts' energy flow in one direction:
When you give clear instructions to your mind that this is the problem and it must find a solution, or else consequences should be faced, it will naturally seek a solution to that problem in every situation. It's like a psychological pattern where humans fear more than they enjoy. For instance, if you have diabetes and I tell you not to eat sweets or you'll experience pain, you might still indulge a bit, but if I warn you that eating sweets this time could endanger your life, you'll likely stop altogether. Similarly, force your mind's thoughts to understand that if the problem isn't solved, consequences will follow.
