At What Speed Should We Progress In Life, Should We Achieve Success Slowly Or Fast?

Don't focus on success or failure. Just focus on your work. When you truly understand that neither success nor failure is in your hands, then what's entirely in our hands is the work. So, just do that well and attentively.

At what speed should we progress in life, should we achieve success slowly or fast?

In life, should we achieve slow success or fast? Because it's understood that slow success builds character, while fast success leads to ego. So, what should one choose to focus on? If we look at ourselves as ordinary humans and understand our nature of earning money, it seems that we want everything quickly. Therefore, the question arises: What exactly should we do in which way? Today, success seems straightforward and logical, but it harms our minds. If we truly lift the veil, success only harms the mind, while failure instills fear. Hence, I will talk about rising above both today: neither clinging to success nor to failure. You should only focus on your work.

Because when success comes, even a small success, it somewhat satisfies you, making you feel like you've achieved something, although you haven't really done anything significant. The crux lies in the fact that our brains are wired to perceive even the smallest achievements as victories. That's why it's necessary to let go of success in life, not in a sense of detachment, but rather by grasping its true meaning. It's essential to engage in self-reflection first, to understand oneself, to grasp one's basic nature. After understanding yourself, you'll realize that neither success nor failure holds any inherent meaning; they are merely outcomes. Since they are not in our hands, we must focus solely on the process, doing our best at it. The better we execute the process, the clearer it becomes that we're doing something, for it's through action that we gain clarity. If you don't do anything, how will you know what's going on? Therefore, the point is to achieve success slowly or quickly. If you don't want to focus on success, then I'm saying that even if a big failure occurs, you shouldn't focus on failure either. Always keep your mind solution-oriented, meaning that whatever you're doing, whether there's a problem or not, focus on your work. Because when you say that fast success builds ego and slow success builds character, you're essentially focusing on your success, which is not in your hands. Can you tell me when you'll be successful? Success means what you've clearly defined for yourself and pursued accordingly. In my case, success means growing every day from within.

Define success for yourself.

Beware of the world of advertisements because they'll sell you ideas that won't benefit you at all because they benefit greatly from them. So, you need to set everything for yourself, what success means to you, what growth means to you, what each thing means to you, and then move forward accordingly. Never depend on something to happen outside of your control. As you clarify and depend on your clarity, you'll learn to see things clearly, and then you'll only focus on your work because you know that success is not in your hands. So, you just need to focus on your process, your work, and do it well.

When you define things clearly for yourself, you can achieve them, design your life accordingly, that's what a simple life means: understanding simplicity, how I'm trying to do things simply, meaning to see things as they are.

How to think clearly means how to clear whatever we're thinking and be dependent on how to clear the screen. I have also written a related blog post about it, which you can read as well.
