Health is a lifestyle not a divided part of time


 

Health is such a word that in today’s time, everyone is focused on it. Other things can be replaced with health, just like how WhatsApp can be replaced. Nowadays, due to things getting completed, everything has been divided and ruled. This means that we have to focus on health even if we don’t pay attention to it. Health is a very important aspect of life, and we can replace many things with it. Let’s take an example of farming. The farmer cultivates crops and sells them for profit. When he sells the crops, he earns money. So, in a way, he is connected to the areas of health, wealth, love, and happiness. Earlier, this concept was not called a dividend, but now, if you want to focus on your health, you need to set aside separate time to go to the gym or do any other form of exercise. You cannot utilize that time for anything else. In today’s complicated world, the game of dividend rule has been created, where everything is separated. If you truly want to stay healthy, you need to create a healthy routine for your entire life. If you spend 10 out of 12 hours working and dedicate 2 hours to exercise, those 2 hours will not be enough to cover the impact of the 10 hours. It’s common sense. You need to figure out how much time you need to invest in something to have a significant impact. To maintain a healthy lifestyle, there are certain common-sense things you need to understand. If you genuinely want to be healthy, you need to dedicate your entire day to a healthy routine. If you spend 10 out of 24 hours sitting and working and only dedicate 2 hours to exercise, the impact of those 2 hours will not be enough. You need to assess which activities require your attention and make sure you focus on them accordingly. For example, while reading a book, if you feel like lifting dumbbells in between, or if you listen to an audio book while exercising, you’re not dividing and ruling your tasks. Whenever your heart desires, do what you feel like doing. If you feel like creating a video, go ahead and make one. If you enjoy writing, write whenever you feel like it. Don’t play the game of dividing and ruling. It’s important to do what you truly desire. In today’s time, due to these to-do lists, your time is getting divided excessively. Think about it. What do you love doing? Why would you give it a separate time slot when it’s your life? If you enjoy doing something, like I enjoy writing blogs, then why not do it when I feel like it? Therefore, access your part. It’s not just about allocating one hour in the morning for exercise. Exercise whenever you feel like it, and integrate it into your daily activities. Try to move your body as much as possible throughout the day, because the impact of 5 hours will be greater than that of 2 hours. If you exercise for 2 hours every day, try to increase it to 5 hours. Clearly, the impact of 5 hours will be greater. So, try to keep your body moving as much as possible throughout the day, rather than dedicating a few hours for exercise. That’s what I mean.
