Look, there are a lot of things in life that we can't even imagine. Life is like that. Fundamentally, if we look at it, it's wise to accept as soon as possible that life is this way. You have to work smartly to see results. Keep working hard and hoping, trusting in God that life will get better. But have you ever seen people who work really hard, like auto drivers, living a great life? No, right? Life is filled with ups and downs and all kinds of emotions. People will hurt you, deceive you, and play games in every possible way.


But that's just one aspect of life. If we look at life in two ways, one is the outer world, which includes people, things we want to acquire, money for survival, and various other things. These thoughts and emotions are all connected to the outer world. The second aspect of life is when you truly see and live with it, only then will you experience the true essence of life. Let's talk about basic things first.


When you say you're not the mind, thoughts, or emotions, what's left is you. You are like a tree; you are everything. But having thoughts about people and things is natural. As long as your eyes are open and your senses are active, you'll have thoughts about everything in this world. When you see someone or something, the related information triggers thoughts immediately.


Thoughts are what you say to yourself, big or small. We label them as good or bad based on our information, and we start getting affected by them. Understand that everything we label as good or bad is based on our situations and understanding. When you move beyond these labels, thoughts will still come, but their effect on you will diminish.


Information is meant to be used to update and clarify things, to solve problems. When information is needed, it will come; otherwise, it will stay aside. The biggest game is the game of words. What you speak is what you think. The day you understand what this truly means, that it is nothing but information, and you learn to direct it properly, you will gain control. 


This control marks the beginning of the inner world, the real life of being human. Then you will act according to your basic human nature. Everyone's individual nature is different, but the fundamental reality of being human is universal. When you use thoughts only when needed and stay in a thoughtless state otherwise, you will see thoughts as tools to be used correctly.
