Trying to understand attraction or attachment, it's been planted through the built-in marketing world, meaning whatever this world has inside or outside, in whatever way it's designed, your thinking is being shaped in that same way, and you're acting accordingly. You know that attraction is always temporary, it's just a series of emotions that arise when we like something after seeing it, so it's temporary because it's just a list of emotions and it's based on those emotions. And it's also trying to land you in pleasure, meaning if you analyze that time when attraction is happening, when you're feeling good after seeing something, if you analyze that time in your mind, you'll see that you're not thinking about that thing you're attracted to, you're thinking about what will happen in the future. Think about it, it's the whole pleasure line, it happens very quickly in our minds. Now, I'm not saying that emotions are wrong, but living with those emotions in the wrong way is wrong. Because emotions will only give you sadness. If you see what children run after, school blazers, buses, they want something to make them feel good immediately, and they always want more than before. It's the nature of our mind to always want more than what it currently has, so if you've felt pleasure now on a temporary basis, then you'll want more pleasure than that, so the mind acts in this way. That's why it's not always right to go with emotions. Emotions should naturally occur, like when someone is naturally small. Emotions mean that you haven't worked well on your mind right now. If it's going in the right direction, meaning if you've learned to direct your thinking correctly, not just what you feel like, meaning if you feel like you'll get pleasure, then the mind is trying to stick to some very small things, like how to make some small thing attractive, like how to make a girl your girlfriend or how to earn money, or whatever you think can make you feel good temporarily, no doubt it can, but not permanently. And this temporary pleasure is also sorrow because if anything happens to that thing, meaning if you have a desire to achieve something first, and then it's fulfilled, then there's a fear of losing it. Desire and fear work together inside us, if you actually see. That's why I always talk about being free from these two things.


How to live above our emotions and detach from the attachment or attraction of desires, in line with the reality of life?


See, all of game is about thinking, and thinking operates in two ways. One is the way things are designed in this world, the things that feed into your mind. The things we see shape our thoughts, and our desires are formed accordingly. So, in this world of advertising, the companies that advertise here, on TV and elsewhere, they all try to plant desires within us. They've managed to instill desires in everyone, including me, through default methods. We've forgotten how to distinguish between right and wrong, but if you look deeply, you'll see that TV shows us what we actually want and what's wrong. But the basic nature of the mind is to work according to pleasure and pain. That's the basic nature of our mind: to work based on pleasure and pain. Pleasure means feeling good through senses, understanding what I'm saying? Pleasure reduces pain, it makes us feel good through our senses, more than what we felt before. That's how pleasure works, reducing pain. Because the brain works directly according to pleasure. Like, pleasure means feeling good somehow through our senses, and pain means if we don't feel that way, that's pain. To be honest with you, understanding the true nature of our mind is a bit hard. You know what the actual fault of our mind's nature is? Now what has become of it is that we stay in a state of pen, meaning, we dwell in that state of pen, and even pens have different layers. We spend 2 minutes on different layers, it's not necessary that we stay in a state of pain all the time. But according to our nature, like how desires come to us, for example, when a desire comes, it's okay, right? Let's understand with an example: a desire comes, now either it will be fulfilled and we'll feel good, or it won't be and we'll feel bad. Then, if it's fulfilled and we feel good, then we'll want something more than what made us feel good before. That's how the mind works, you understand? Basically, it's about how things are shaping up. If something is like this, whether you win here or lose, you'll lose, and even if you win, you'll still lose. Do you understand what I'm saying? Now, when the basic nature of the mind is in a state of pen, now here, drinking milk, let me tell you, it dominates according to the layers. It's not like we're in a lot of pain, but we're just taken according to this. But it's not like that here. What we call desire, as soon as any desire comes, I immediately feel good. So it's not like, you know, we have a single desire throughout the day that if it's fulfilled, I'll feel good, if not, then I won't. It happens very quickly, you know? You don't know how many recharges come in a day, and how many are fulfilled. It depends on a lot of things. So attraction is just, you know, it's also related to our biology, you know, what our biology determines. Understand, we all have a hormone called sex hormone, which triggers us. So, one is biology, we humans, and the other is our psychological thoughts, because we work on the basis of desires and fears. Now, here's the solution to the problem: the problem has come into focus, what is the actual problem? When we see someone or something, and we feel attracted to it, then we immediately think about its inner aspect. Any related desire immediately arises within us, you can say that the way our thoughts are formed, based on the information we've consumed so far, we immediately form a desire according to that information, right? Now, the solution is in our hands. It means that if we make our mind using its intelligence, how will it be made? We should gather information related to the things that are right for us. Like, if you're reading my block too, then gather such information from the right people, so that our mind's slow conditioning is changing. Because the information inside it is changing. Now when the information changes, the way of thoughts coming will also change, you understand? When this happens slowly, you'll gradually understand that when you look at something, when you see attraction, you'll know what you want and what you don't want. Different things are there from the intelligence and mind. Intelligence is about understanding right and wrong, we have to elevate it, right? Intelligence is there, it will work on its own. When you look at anything, now when the information has not changed, then the design of all the desires related to it used to come, you know, how I can get that thing quickly to get the pleasure I'm longing for. And if the desire is not fulfilled and the day goes by, we know that the probability of our desire being fulfilled is very low, but still, we hurt ourselves. Here we don't hurt ourselves, it's a different way of working of our mind. We have to change it. Because now we'll focus on the solution, now what will the mind want? How to ask, somehow, that the desire is fulfilled as soon as possible, right? If it's not, then there's a bit of pleasure in the pen too. Understand? Pleasure is there in wearing a blazer too, but there's pleasure in a pen too. It works the same way, it gives us a bit, so I want a bit more pain, because there's a bit of pleasure in it too, you understand? I'm looking at very basic layers of the mind. Now what's the solution to this? The solution is to work on the intelligence of our mind, it will take a lot of practice. Because kind of we're trying to change our upbringing, which has been conditioned since childhood. Whatever desires we pick up, whatever information is in our mind, we can change it. When this happens gradually, then slowly, when you look at something, when you see attraction, you'll know what you want and what you don't want.
