Look, sometimes, even today, if you feel something negative, there's a simple fundamental law of the world that you need to embed in your mind. If you're reading this now, then embedding means understanding the law of life, cause and effect. Whatever happens, there's a cause behind it, whether it's small or significant, and when it comes out, whenever you're feeling something, try to look at its cause. But sometimes, without reason, we feel sad, meaning we're feeling down for no apparent reason. There's a reason behind this too, we just can't seem to find it. Let's try to understand the root of it.

Sometimes, changes are connected to our body. Sometimes, things are going wrong biologically inside us, affecting how our body functions, which then impacts our mind and mood. But the major issue is that you're letting your mind grow with garbage and expecting fragrance. That's simply not possible. What you see, what you understand, your mind will produce thoughts related to that based on the information you've consumed. Whether you judge them as good or bad depends on how you perceive them. We tend to see things as good or bad based on our perspective. Actually, nothing is inherently good or bad; it's all about someone else's point of view. So when you're sending a negative message, look at what the actual issue is. Why do I feel bad? Either you're not putting in enough effort, meaning you're not achieving what you could potentially achieve in your life. In other words, you're stuck in your comfort zone, not doing as much as you're capable of. So, a feeling of dissatisfaction creeps in because you're not utilizing your full potential. You've trapped yourself in pleasure, and when you don't get as much pleasure from it, you come back to it, trying to find pleasure again. The way to eliminate this battle from your mind is to clearly define what you're doing and why you're doing it. You need to have a strong reason, a clear purpose in your mind for what you're doing, so your mind doesn't stray, and gather as much interesting information related to it as possible to keep your interest aligned. 

The second issue is with your body. When we neglect ourselves, not eating properly or getting enough energy and nutrition, it plays a significant role. If your mind is clear with a clear direction, knowing what you're doing, why you're doing it, and how you're doing it, and if your body is well-fed and exercised, you'll feel much better. The problem is, we've developed habits where we prioritize everything else over our health. But your health should be your top priority in everything you do. But we treat it as the last priority, which is not good. So, you need to pay attention to your health, meaning eat what you should, exercise to balance your energy, so your body can function properly, and you can tackle everything energetically. However, this doesn't mean you have to be energetic 24/7. It's not about being constantly motivated or inspired. We'll talk about it later. First, let's understand these things. 

The third issue is setting unrealistic expectations. Having expectations is the biggest problem because we have zero control over what will happen. This fact, no one will tell you except me. Everyone will tell you to think about this or that, but I'm telling you not to think about anything. Just enjoy whatever you're doing. So, don't have expectations because having expectations means having information that may or may not happen. Instead, think about what you're doing and how you can do it better. It's simple. 

So, don't think about how to stay energetic 24/7, as that's impossible. Default thoughts are fine; it's in our nature, limited. Our thoughts are designed according to nature, and thoughts and mind are not different. It's just that they're categorized differently. So, until the mind exists, thoughts will exist. But when thoughts are connected to reality, when you go beyond your thoughts, connect with reality, there are no thoughts.
