It feels like we've got a lot of dopamine released in our brain, but the movie seems very boring to us, then we want more. So, the problem is to solve it, there was a need for detox, meaning that you're not giving too much release to dopamine in your mind, trying to keep it under control. Now you ask me, should we live in happiness or in peace? Think of happiness as the daily style of humans, meaning sometimes we'll go into sorrow, sometimes into happiness, understand, this happens. This can basically be called kind of meditation, but I don't want to give any name because so much foolishness has been made from the name of meditation because sit somewhere, concentrate on your breath, or something else, but all this is nonsense. If you actually see reality, then we can have a different level of understanding. So, you can always stay in peace if you understand your mind, what is a mind, what is a thought. Then you can depend on each thing individually for yourself, what is the meaning of happiness for me, and what is the meaning of this for me, like if your work is such that it is connected to that peace, that space I am talking about, then how good you feel when you work, that you don't remember anything else, meaning you in your work, so this is also a state of peace for you.
