Look, when a person gets entangled in thoughts, it means they can't see their thoughts clearly. There could be various causes based on their situation, so today, let's try to understand how a person gets entangled in their thoughts and what could be the causes and how to get out of it.

The person gets entangled in their thoughts due to various causes. The biggest and most important cause is your digestive system. I'm telling you the truth, right now you might find it strange. I mean, when we talk about the path of the stomach, it goes straight to the mind. So, it matters a lot. If you can't think clearly, it's possible that your health, meaning your digestive system, is affecting your mood. So, it's kind of important to have good health. If you're still unable to think clearly, what's the reason? It's because you're not seeing your thoughts clearly. Firstly, you need to put up a barrier on your thoughts, meaning you need to refresh your thoughts. Just like a computer, you need to refresh all your programs. Just refresh it. I mean, how? You need to understand that what's past is past, it won't happen again, so there's no point in thinking about it logically. And what's about to come hasn't arrived yet, you see? So, right now, look at what's happening in your life. If there's a serious problem, first sort it out with all your energy. If it's an actual serious problem, and if you're entangled in small thoughts, I'm just giving a solution for that. Just sit calmly and try to peek into your mind, try to see what kind of thoughts are coming to you. When you try to see your thoughts, they'll stop coming suddenly. It's possible, try it. When you try to see your thoughts, it'll stop suddenly. This is called complete refreshment for your mind. All the unnecessary files have been deleted now, and you won't see any problems, just divide your problems into categories, whether it's an actual physical problem or a psychological one. Just understand that thoughts are not real, they're just in your mind. So why make so much fuss about it? Try to understand what's actually happening in your life. If there's a problem at a very high level, first try to understand it properly. If you're confused about something, until you can't think clearly about it, try to understand that what's happening to you is actual, whereas what's happening psychologically doesn't even exist, it's just a feed of information from somewhere, and you're getting upset about it.

How to clearly think.

Whatever you're thinking about, gather as much information as you can to clear it up. Or play it straightforwardly, choose some direct thoughts. But you're adding more things to it here and there, and then when you come back to think about it, you can't see it the way you should. Like, for example, right now, if there's no contradiction in your career, as an example, what are you not doing in your career that you should be doing, knowing yourself and clearly seeing what you should and shouldn't do, what will happen if you do it and what won't happen if you do it, both perspectives, looking at this particular expectation, then draw your conclusion based on both perspectives. It's better to reach a conclusion directly because people want to think directly. They want to just grab something and say yes or no. They don't want to make much effort to think about the whole process, which is needed to reach there. So understand now, like carrier-wise, I've discussed a straightforward thing, but I've seen it in different ways. Now, if someone else were in my place, what would they say? That you're doing this, do this, so that it will happen. What I'm saying is, clearly see what will happen, what won't happen, and make a decision according to your strengths. Don't ever get into any confusion, until you can't think clearly about it yourself. Because there's no such thing as a conclusion, it's just a thought. Because if we go deep into any matter in actuality, our process can be very long, it can be understood and seen in many different ways. So, don't grab the conclusion, make yourself adaptable, keep yourself ready for the process, don't stick to any one thing. Whenever it's time to move on to something, just move on immediately.
