How to stay committed in your life, meaning, when we decide completely that we have to do it, then we put our full effort into it, meaning, how is it possible to live with hundred percent effort, isn't that basically your question? See, commitment biases can be good for you and bad too. In this way, we hear something in our mind, we hold onto some strong thing, and then stick to it. Is that actually right for you or not, we never ensure, right? We never ensure what is actually right for us and what is not. We only live based on whatever we think, but this is not actually the right way. Tell me, isn't it just like running like a donkey and you can't see clearly, right? So, committed biases can be good and bad in your life. We talked about it that if we hold onto a strong thing in our mind, like this is how it is, then it might be that today or tomorrow it will become a reason for sorrow or good, and it might be good because if you actually make a promise in your life or say, take a pledge. So, in the same way, this thing is good for you, now you have to see according to your situation and your personality that you have to move forward according to those things which are actually right for you, not what you think is right. Because on one hand, you make any meaningless thing a strong belief in your life, and on the other hand, if you actually want to do something, then take a commitment, take a commitment in your life for growth, that I will do something daily which will improve my life in some way. Now, this is the difference. In this way, you should come to recognize yourself that what is actually right for you, you tell me how much this pledge will be right for you, that you grow in some way daily. Our life is not giving direction, so it is a right thing for us in a way, right? In the same way, the thing that works for you, which is actually right, so always when you are committed, see where you need to be flexible and where you need to stick, meaning where you need to pull the work for a long time, and then stick to it, and on the other hand, you also need to be flexible, when it's time to leave that work, meaning when nothing is happening in that work, then you should have so much courage inside you to leave that work. So, you always have to put your personality in a flexible form, meaning adaptable.

Because the committed train of commitment can also trap you, because you are running in one direction and you are not seeing any result, meaning nothing is happening, and still you are running because you had taken some commitment, so this thing can trap you, so you always have to remain open, you have to understand things actually, just like you have to understand things on a field, not just hold onto everything, just move forward in the situation and the thing demanded by the situation, if the situation demands commitment, then stay committed, and where you need to leave that thing, leave that thing and move forward, don't hold onto anything.
What I mean is that sometimes things can trap you, so stay alert and move forward wisely, because you have to move forward according to reality, not just accept anything in your mind and move forward, it's not like that, move forward with reality, with right, with truth.
