How Can I Stop Worrying About What Other People Think?

See, you need to understand that it's more important what you think than what the other person thinks. And if I delve deeper, then "thought does not real," meaning it's just in your mind. Show me where the thought actually exists. So, the thing that actually doesn't exist, what to think about it?

Today, we're going to explore the depth of this thought process, how we can out ourselves with such thoughts, and how people perceive us. Because it's people's job to think, which means it wouldn't be wrong to say that it's their job to interpret your results. So, how do we extricate ourselves from this? How do we shape our thoughts in a way that no matter what people think about us, it doesn't affect us? Today, we will delve into the depth of this thought process, and we must give our thinking a clear direction so that exactly what others think, we never impact on yourself. Isn't that the dialogue? (laughs)

Giving our thoughts a clear direction is not the problem. The problem is that we get entangled in things that are not important. Thinking about what others will think is not as important as focusing on our work, right? Because people will keep thinking, and trying to decipher what's going on in their minds is not beneficial for you. Let me ask you, do you exactly know what the other person is thinking? It's impossible, right? So, what we fear is that this fear of rejection still lurks within us. We have so many fears like, if we fail, what will others think? We all have this fear of failure ingrained in our minds, but it's better to see failure as an opportunity to improve.

So, what does a clear direction mean? It means being focused on your work, not on what others think. You don't know what the other person is thinking, no matter how they look at you. You have to separate yourself from their perceptions. You are different from them. If they think differently, it doesn't affect you. Whatever they think or do is their own life; you don't have any control over it. You have your own life to focus on. What will you focus on? Understanding their life or focusing on your own? Because I that have my own life, I have so many things to do, so I have to focus on my own life. Whatever problems I have right now, they are much bigger than worrying about what others think. So, whenever such a situation arises, leave aside what the other person is thinking and focus on your work.

Whether the other person thinks or not, it's their life and their decision. But you have your own life, and you need to create something meaningful in it. You have to give a lot to your own life. You have to live your life to the fullest with all the energy you have. If there are problems in your life, deal with them smartly, don't get bogged down by what others might think. Focus on what's important to you. If you have a relationship, think about it smartly. Instead of worrying about what the other person thinks, focus on what you can do to make things better. It's as simple as that.
