Develop the habit of focusing on your mind.

Focus on the realistic problem that is currently present in your life. Apply all your thinking capacity to it.
On a human level, the best way to grow rapidly and significantly is to cultivate the habit of focusing on our thoughts. Most of us humans are dependent on someone or something. We have relinquished control of our minds to others, which is causing our capacity for thought to diminish. However, if you were to ask me what the best quality is among humans, I would say it's the ability to think. Because this is the one common habit that we have complete control over. But therein lies the problem - we don't want to think because it requires effort. And we are so lazy that we procrastinate even thinking about ourselves.
You may have heard many people say, "If only I had done that work at that time, I wouldn't be in this situation today." This is just making excuses. However, I still emphasize that it's not just about thinking; taking action is necessary too, along with many other things. But what I mean is that cultivate the habit of continuously thinking about a single question. We need to train our minds in this way because our minds are not naturally inclined to do so. When you try to do this, you will notice that your mind is wandering all over the place. That's why I say we need to train our minds in this way. I am speaking from this perspective because our minds are fed with various interests, causing them to wander repeatedly. But when you are one-pointedly focused and stick to a particular problem, you will see for yourself, sooner or later, how much you have sharpened your ability to think.
Thank you.
